From the initial phone conversation to the first application, Jim was a professional through and through. He was friendly and accommodating with fair prices. He listened to our pest issues and provided a treatment plan that considered our family situation. He asked if we had children and how old they were in order to apply the appropriate products in the appropriate manner for their safety. I had a lot of questions, and he had no problem answering all of them.
